We always have your user in mind when working on projects. It’s important to use the information we gathered in the initial research stage to ensure we are making decisions that will benefit them. We look into analytics where available to identify current issues and tackle those with clever design strategy.
When beginning a new project, we like to start simple at first so we quickly create rough wireframes to show the structure of your content, the hierarchy and important elements. This is so we can concentrate on the important elements identified in Discovery before we move to design stage. Wireframes can be as simple as sketches in our notebooks or using tools such as Illustrator or UXPin. Whichever tool we use, we always ensure to keep them simple.
Rather than just sending you visuals of your project, we often create a rapid prototype for key pages and sections. This allows us to link up otherwise flat visuals so they are interactive and can be clicked to navigate and show features. This approach gives you a much better idea as to how the final product will look when it has been to development stage and allows us to iron out any potential issues quickly and easily.
