The Brief

Union Room had the exciting opportunity to partner with Changeover, a dynamic startup revolutionising the way holiday let, vacation rental, and Airbnb cleanings are managed. The collaboration involved crafting a comprehensive digital presence, including a brand identity, a feature-rich platform, and an engaging website.

Brand Concept:
Union Room played a pivotal role in shaping Changeover’s brand concept. By understanding their vision and values, we developed a brand that resonated with both cleaners and property owners, creating a visual identity that conveyed trust, efficiency, and user-friendliness.

PWA App Development:
Changeover’s unique requirements led us to design and build a Progressive Web App (PWA) that seamlessly integrated with both cleaners and owners platforms. This choice ensured accessibility across various devices and a smooth user experience.

Phased Approach:
In Phase 1, we strategically designed, built, and launched a public-facing website. This served as a crucial foundation for establishing Changeover’s online presence, attracting attention, and nurturing potential leads. Phase 2 saw the development and launch of the PWA platform, aimed at converting leads into actual sales and solidifying Changeover’s ongoing digital presence.

SEO and Content Marketing:
Recognising the importance of visibility, we implemented extensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies. This included optimising content, meta tags, and building quality backlinks. Additionally, our team engaged in consistent content creation through blogs, ensuring a steady flow of relevant information for the audience.

Social Media Management:
Union Room took charge of creating and managing Changeover’s Facebook business page. Leveraging the power of social media, we implemented an ongoing digital marketing strategy across various platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Lead Generation:
To capture and nurture potential customers, we designed multiple data capture forms and downloads strategically placed throughout the website. This facilitated the collection of valuable information from interested parties, allowing Changeover to build a robust customer database.
